On June 27th, 2016, real estate professionals, tech wizards, and local Teaneck home buyers alike gathered for an event that, perhaps less than a year ago, would not have been possible. They came to test out and see for themselves an immersive and revolutionary new concept for the world of real estate and how to sell it. Through the lenses of the new Oculus Rift 3-D goggles, users were able to not only see, but also be completely surrounded by, a lifelike, HD quality visualization of a yet to-be-built new home at 285 Ogden Avenue of Teaneck, NJ. Needless to say, the wearers of the goggles were blown away, as are most people when first putting them on. The home has not even been built yet, and interest had already been sparked due to the sheer realism and clarity of the 3D technology’s true-to-the blueprint replications of the homes’ dimensions, features, and applications. In fact, offers for the home were even set forth. This ultimately showed that the services these new technologies not only work, but they inspire awe, clarity, and confidence in clients looking to get the optimal experience out of the home buying and touring processes.
This entire showcase was made possible by Moksha Investments, who purchased the property for redevelopment, and in turn enlisted prime brokerage Vera & Nechama Realty to list the home. Ridgewood, NJ based architectural firm Jordan Rosenberg & Associates RA designed the home. We at luxury marketing brand Luxque then provided the final piece in incorporating the 3D technology to truly bring this project to the next level. What we had shown at this event is just the beginning; there is so much more technology that we incorporate into our projects in order to deliver the utmost satisfaction to clients. Whether it is drones, the Oculus Rift, 3d layouts, 3d photography, videography, etc. we strive to amaze, and to do what hasn’t been done before in the industry. Stay tuned.
